Hemangioma perfusion Liver perfusion imaging. Liver perfusion parameters estimated from triphasic CT can quantitate the increase in hepatic artery perfusion in hepatocellular carcinoma, and the decrease in portal perfusion with cirrhosis. They can also be used to classify liver lesions.

Reducing artifacts in CT scans. Patented method (MDT) for reducing metal artifacts in CT scans, which improves image quality in 86% of scans, and improves diagnosis in 14% of scans. This software has been successfully used on hundreds of patients in more than 140 hospitals, including MGH, MD Anderson, and Stanford.
